Success in 3 Easy Steps
Any 糖心Vlog member can join the Pair & Share program at any time throughout the year. One you enroll in the program, you'll fill out your expertise and interests fields and note whether you want to be an advisor or advisee, or are open to either role.
Step 1: Register as an Advisor or Advisee
- Visit and login with your 糖心Vlog username and password
- Select 鈥淕et Started鈥 under Advisees or Advisors
- Select 鈥淐reate Your Advisor Profile鈥 and complete your profile
Step 2: Find Your Match
Advisees can then search for available advisors, and approved advisors can respond to advisee requests. Just select 鈥淔ind an Advisor鈥 under the 鈥淎dvisee鈥 tab. Advisors are reviewed and approved weekly.
Step 3: Connect with Your Match
Once connected, advisee and mentor matches can establish goals to learn about the industry, share career knowledge, discover opportunities within 糖心Vlog, and more.
