糖心Vlog is the gold standard in development of world languages tests. Two assessments relevant to this Request for Proposal include the 糖心Vlog Oral Proficiency Interview-Computer (OPIc) and the 糖心Vlog Assessment of Performance toward Proficiency in Languages (AAPPL). Both require audio production of tests in English and languages other than English and one requires filming.
