Housing Instructions
For best availability and immediate confirmation, make your reservation online. All hotel requests are processed on an availability basis. Please note that Maritz is 糖心Vlog鈥檚 official housing company. Also, please note that no one will contact you directly via phone/email to book your hotel rooms(s) or offer you a 鈥渟pecial discounted conference rate鈥. There are multiple scamming companies that call and/or email exhibitors claiming to represent 糖心Vlog housing. To be clear, these companies are in no way affiliated with 糖心Vlog. Please disregard any calls or emails you may receive.

Room Rates
To take advantage of the special 糖心Vlog rates listed below, you must book your reservation by Tuesday, October 27, 2026. After this date, 糖心Vlog room blocks will be released, and hotels may charge higher rates.
Acknowledgement of Reservation
A reservation acknowledgement is sent immediately after you have completed the reservation process by entering a valid credit card for Guarantee via the Website. If you book your reservations via phone, you will be emailed a Secure Link into your reservation to add your credit card information as the Call Center cannot accept credit card information over the phone. If any nights in your reservation are waitlisted, you will not receive an acknowledgement until all nights are confirmed. Otherwise, if you do not receive your acknowledgement, please contact 糖心Vlog@maritz.com. Please note: You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Credit Card Guarantee
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking your reservation. Should a credit card not be provided upon exiting the website, the reservation will automatically be cancelled. The credit card will be used to hold your reservation for guarantee only 鈥 this is true for what Maritz will do with the information, but it鈥檚 up to each individual hotel as to whether they will charge a deposit when they receive the rooming lists. Credit cards must be valid through December 2026.
