Why Exhibit?

The 2026 ��Vlog Annual Convention and World Languages Expo is the place to be in the language education marketplace. ��Vlog attendees are highly respected educators who are looking for the latest products and services available for their students and their classrooms. They are prepared to make purchasing decisions based on what they see on the exhibit floor.

If you wish to build your customer base by having face-to-face contact with more than 6,000 language educators, the ��Vlog Annual Convention and World Languages Expo is a can’t-miss opportunity!

Exhibit space is selling very quickly for ��Vlog 2026! View the and Exhibitor List. Please note that all blue booths are available to reserve (yellow/green are reserved). Once you find a location you would like, fill out the Exhibit Space Contract and confirm your participation by emailing it to cbloyer@actfl.org. As a reminder, furnishings are NOT included in the cost of the booth space. This includes carpet, table(s), chair(s), electricity. Furnishings may be purchased through our decorating company, or you can provide your own. If you provide your own carpeting/flooring, it must be approved by ��Vlog.

For current exhibitors: PLEASE disregard every single email/call you may receive from people/companies claiming to have the “��Vlog Attendee List” for sale, as well as people/companies asking you to make your hotel reservations , or a booth payment over the phone.. These are SCAMS (ALL OF THEM – ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS). We encourage you to block/spam emails and not respond to them.

What You Need to Know

How much does it cost and what's included?

- Two (2) complimentary full registrations for each 10' x 10' booth space purchased (limit 20 per company). These registrants will have access to everything we offer at the convention that doesn’t have a separate fee associated with it. Additional registrants will need to register and PAY the appropriate registration rate. Registration rates depend on date of registration and member status and can be found under the “Registration” section of the convention page online.
- Furnishings are NOT INCLUDED in the cost of the booth space. This includes carpet, table(s), chair(s), and electricity.
- Company/institution listing online, in the printed Convention Program Guide and on the Mobile App.
- 7" x 44" identification sign with your company’s name and booth number.
- 24-hour security in the exhibit hall
- 8' high draped backdrop with 3' high side drapes (colors chosen by ��Vlog). Drape is not included for “island booths” (20’ x 20’+).
Booth price does not include the cost of furniture, and ��Vlog requires that all booths be carpeted or professionally covered. You may purchase carpet through our decorator Freeman, or you can provide your own carpet as long as it covers 90%+ of your booth space and is approved by ��Vlog. If your booth is not carpeted or approved by ��Vlog before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, Freeman will carpet your booth and you will be charged (no exceptions).
- Exhibitors wishing to reserve a non-profit tabletop booth MUST be a 501(c)(3) organization and provide proof of this status to show management.
- All non-profit tabletop booths are located in one area of the exhibit hall and will be assigned by show management upon submission of your exhibit booth contract.
- Included in the cost of the non-profit tabletop booth is one (1) draped table with two (2) side chairs, carpet, waste basket, and (2) complimentary full registrations.

Wednesday, November 18: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 19: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

*All Exhibitors must have their booth set up by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19 for inspection (exhibitors do NOT need to be present for inspection). Please arrange your travel accordingly. Exhibitors are not permitted to set up their booths on Friday morning, so please arrive in San Antonio no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19.

Friday, November 20: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 21: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 22: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
